The property is clean and well maintained. A short walk from the bus stop up the hill. Host met us outside the property at the agreed time.
Please be aware you have to pay in cash. This was not on the property description when booked and the host held our passports as collateral until we got cash out a cash point. Her English is also not the best so didn’t understand me when I said I’ve never had to pay cash before through booking.com and wasn’t warned of this in advance. Please also be aware the communal door does not lock if this is a safety concern of yours.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Good location and clean room.
- the host does not speak English - the lack of intimacy (the apartment is actually a room upstairs the house of the owner and separated from the other rented room with a sliding (but hopefully locking) door) - the lack of tact of the owner (we were surprised that he host kept our passports until we withdrew money to pay our room since only cash was accepted).
