Great location. Gary and Betty were very helpful throughout our stay including helping put together a surprise on very short notice.
We were told the hotel doesn't have a Porter/Bellhop and there is no elevator so if you have a lot of bags or some are heavy, its a struggle getting them up or down.

When we were there, hotel was not full and evening dinner restaurant felt a bit “empty”.

Bed was comfortable.
It was a freezing cold day and when we went down to the restuarant to eat we asked that at least they put the fire on so that we can sit near it. Was told they were out of gas. I then asked can they at least put the air con on warm air and was told it did not work or couldn't work like that? Food was good but it was too cold to really enjoy our dinner. A fire would have made the restuarant much more welcoming. we were only 3 people eating there during that time. Not an inviting restuarant when so cold.
