We had a great stay, the pool and beach areas were great. The breakfast was varied and delicious. If there’s something I would highlight would be the level and qualify of service by the staff, super friendly and warm.

This place was decent for its money. The staff was very kind and the food is mediocre. The issue that we’re having is we were double charged and no one is getting back to us from the hotel. We paid through agoda Website and then they charged our card without us noticing and we tried contacting them numerous times and no one is getting back to us.

Average hotel at average price. Close to the nice beach.
Not prepared for international tourists, mainly focused on Columbians.
Only one person (Marisol) speak English and is able to help.
Also, I really not enjoyed "water policy". There are no water dispensers, you can buy water in a little plastic bottles, quite overpriced like for Colombia (5000-8000 COP). And of course you have almost no other choice as it's quite far from anywhere and quite hot for not drinking.
Due the times, when all the World is trying to limit usage of plastic, due to my stay I wasted more plastic bottles than during last year. So sad.
Also to be mentioned: if you use safe box in your room, you will be charged for each day. Nobody says it, it's also no notice, you realize it on checkout. Creepy as hell.
