Friendly staff. Nicely designed room. Beautiful gardens & relaxing pool area. Good food in lovely restaurant. My vegan husband was well catered for.
Noisy neighbours early in the morning- no fault of the hotel. View slightly marred by major works on the river but that would only be temporary.

Beautiful and comfortable. We did a fantastic trek with one of their guides and they arranged our onward boat ride to Chiang Rai.the pool was really nice too. If you come up by public bus like we did, you can call them and they will come pick you up from town vs. walking 1mile down busy road. We only found out about this service from a random guy watering his plants at the bus stop.
Wi fi weak/spotty and restaurant could have more not fried and vegan options. They made a super nice steamed veg and dip platter for us when we asked though
