Such a lovely villa. Spacious and quiet. Really loved this place. Nice location on a quiet road. When you walk for 5 min you will be in a bustling and very busy road with lots of restaurants and bars. Also the botanicals restaurant (vega) next door is very nice too!
Breakfast is not so fantastic. Very basic, do not expect fancy style breakfast. The pool and some other things are outdated and are falling apart a bit.

The staff was super fiendly and helpful. The beach is just 15min walk. The room is super spacious.
The rooms need a good renovation. The towels are dirty and torn. The door handles are dusty. The bathtub is old.

We very much enjoyed the traditional Bali feel of the villa and the lovely tranquility of the gardens. 24/7 reception was a boon especially when I left my phone in a cab. Everyone was just so helpful.
The place could generally do with a little TLC but retaining its laid back traditional vibe which u don’t get with more modern builds.

Location was good. Staff was helpful and good. Villa had mostly all facilities.
The villa looked old, all the glass doors had gaps in them. It wasnt the way it looked to me in pictures.
