It's great for a budget stay and a comfortable roof over your head. I usually come to this hotel as it's close to the Academy, where I go to see bands play. Easily accessible from Oxford Road Station and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
It met my expectations for the budget.
Can't complain too much. It's basic, but the complimentary breakfast is a nice touch. It's not fancy, but it's clean and comfortable.

Great location, staff were great.
The room was very cold and the only heating there was would go off when you left the room. The bathroom had no heating and with a tiled floor was very unpleasant.
The breakfast was patchy. Some parts ok, some parts cold, and like cardboard.
