A 4-star 3 bedroom apartment (117m2) for 6 persons with spectacular views of the Matterhorn.
Well located, and sunny. Just a short walk to the ski buses and village centre.

In winter it is possible to ski almost back to your doorstep. (snow conditions permitting).

The apartment is absolutely stunning in the beautiful part of Zermatt with amazing views of the Matterhorn. It’s very clean and has everything that we need. Above all, Ashley is a superb and very kind host that welcomed us and made us feel at home. Our stay in Zermatt was nothing short of magical—and this VRBO was a huge part of that. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The view is simply breathtaking—panoramic mountain scenery right from the windows and patio. It felt like waking up inside a postcard every morning.The facilities were spotless, modern, and incredibly well-equipped. Every detail had been thought of—from the cozy furnishings and high-quality bedding to the kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described (if not better!).Our host went above and beyond. Communication was easy and prompt, and she offered thoughtful recommendations and local insights that made our experience even better. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.This place exceeded every expectation. If you’re coming to Zermatt, do yourself a favor and book this place—you won’t regret it!

We very much enjoyed our time at Ashley’s home. It was spotlessly clean, well stocked and comfortable. Ashley greeted us and answered all of our questions, gave us hiking maps and recommendations and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this home!

We loved our stay at this house! It was clean, spacious, very comfortable, and had an outdoor seating area with a direct view of the Matterhorn. The owner Ashley was incredibly nice and met us at the house to give us information on the area and help us with our trip planning. The wine and chocolates, as well as the maps, were all greatly appreciated!

The property is modern, clean, and well maintained and has as incredible view of the Matterhorn. It's close to the both the conveniences of town and to access to skiing. We stayed during a time in which power was lost for almost 2 days all across Zermatt because of a massive snow storm. Ashley, the property owner, went above and beyond in making sure that we were OK and in communicating what she knew about when power would be restored. She even let us stay an extra day because the trains were not working. I will not hesitate to stay here again when we return to Zermatt!

What a wonderful property this is! Very well appointed, spotlessly clean and the views of the Matterhorn can't be beat. The patio space is wonderful if it is warm enough to enjoy it. Ashley had some necessities and maps ready and waiting for us and pointed us in the right direction for everything!

This was a wonderful apartment with plenty of room for our family of 5. Everything was exactly as described and matched all the pictures. Ashley was an amazing host- she made us feel welcome and provided everything we needed to meet our needs. She even helped us with our laundry! She was attentive and checked in with us during our stay- could not have asked for better! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Ashley is a fantastic host, she greeted our group (4 adults, 2 12 year olds) and spent time sharing with us about the local area. The property was the perfect arrangement for our group and the patio was nice with a spectacular view. We skied during our stay and the property was in a nice location to do so. We set our hopes high for this visit to Ashley’s apartment. Our entire experience was beyond expectations. Without a doubt hers is the most highly equipped property at which our group has stayed, featuring so many of the little things that make a visit delightful. The apartment is even more pleasant than the photos indicate. It is ideally located for those wishing to stroll through town, access the (free) public bus, or walk to the Sunnegga lift. You won’t go wrong.

Ashley's apartment was perfect for our stay in Zermatt. The apartment was immaculate, the beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We loved the view of the Matterhorn from the apartment. Ashely met us at the apartment upon our arrival in Zermatt and showed us around the property. She kindly answered our questions about restaurants and activities and was available throughout our stay to promptly answer other questions. We would definitely stay at Ashley's apartment should we visit Zermatt again!

Wonderful place to stay in Zermatt to explore the Matterhorn. The apartment is clean, spacious and very well appointed, and the views of the Matterhorn are just stunning. It was a wonderful location from which to explore the town and the mountain. Ashley did everything possible to make our stay pleasant, including meeting at us at the train station at 10 p.m., walking us to the apartment, and speaking with a local restauraneur about staying open a bit later than normal to accommodate a tired and famished family. We are two couples who are skiing the alps. Communication was excellent Ashley answered any question we had before and during our stay We own many rentals, and determined we need to step it up after our stay in Zermatt. The unit was stocked with all the basics, chocolates, coffee, and more. The proximity to FLEXRENT was 5 minutes. We rented our skis from flexrent and left the skis at flexrent everyday after skiing. It worked great! Zermatt ski resort is across the street from Flexrent The bus which takes you to the other ski resorts in a 2 minute walk from flexrent Everything is within walking distance The units view was amazing The location was excellent Clean Comfortable We will be back for sure Ashley made our stay the best!

We loved our stay here! Ashley was an amazing host and went out of her way for us. She let us drop off our stuff early while she was finishing up cleaning and she spent a solid 10 minutes giving us all the information on skiing the mountain and how to get around town. She was super accommodating, the place was super clean, stocked with coffees, tea, orange juice and cooking supplies plus she even gifted us a bottle of champagne. Ashley is the best and we would definitely stay here again!

The property was very well maintained and appointed, exactly as described in the photos. The location was convenient and quite. Also, the view of the Matterhorn was inspiring. From start to finish our experience was absolutely fantastic. Ashley was perhaps the best host we have encountered on any of our trips. She was incredibly kind and helpful with any requests and offered great recommendations for our days in Zermatt. What to say about the apartment? I have made a few trips to Zermatt and stayed in a variety of places in the village. This was my favorite by far. I thought it would be nice but was honestly blown away by the size and quality of the place. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we could need. The rooms were all great but the main suite was huge and lovely. We spent a great deal of time on the spacious patio gazing up at the Matterhorn. Zermatt is a special place and we are so happy to have booked this great apartment for our stay.

When planning a family vacation in Zermatt we chose to stay in Ashley’s beautiful apartment based on the photos on the site. The description of a great view of the Matterhorn was spot on and we all spent a lot of time just staring at the mountain. The outdoor patio and lawn was a wonderful bonus space especially when traveling with young kids. The apartment had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. We all enjoyed exploring the village and hiking in the mountains - all easily accessible from the apartment which was a short walk from town. Ashley is an amazing Host - she helped us do laundry before we left the village which we all appreciated. We are all looking forward to returning to Zermatt and staying in Ashley’s apartment.

Staying at Ashley's place was delightful. She was more than kind, even helped me wash my ski socks when I ran out of clean ones. We really appreciated the time she took when we checked in to show us the map & how we'd get to & from the mountain. Letting us know all the good spots to check out. She went above & beyond. Location to town was great, a quick 5 minute walk to anything we needed. 10/10 would stay again on our next trip to Zermatt to hopefully do some summer hiking.

Everything about this rental was wonderful — the location just a short walk into town; the spacious and well-equipped condo; a lovely terrace with an amazing view of the Matterhorn; and especially our host, Ashley, who made us feel welcome. We made several trips to the nearby Migros supermarket and cooked several meals throughout our 4 days, but you can’t go wrong having dinner at Da Nico’s Italian restaurant — soooo good! We hope to return someday.

We can not say enough good things about staying at this property! It was a great fit for our family of 5. Ashley was amazing and made sure our stay was perfect! The rental is very clean and had all the necessary amenities and more! Ashley went above and beyond and met us at the train station! That was an extra bonus but so very appreciated after a long day of travel! She also called and made a reservation for dinner at a restaurant in town. She is a wonderful hostess and we can not say enough about how welcome we felt staying here. Like a home away from home with one AMAZING view out the patio door!!
