Sea Sound White Katikies

Quiet remote place for a great relaxing stay, ideal for pairs. Attentive but not annoying service. Direct access to the beach without crossing any driving roads. We had a late flight and were offered a late checkout free of charge. This was a neat conclusion to our vacation.

This is the PERFECT boutique hotel that balances luxury with a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, 30 min from the airport with no noise pollution and a small shop on the premise! The food is out of this world, no long quest for the all inclusive, white cloth tables service, you can chose from the a la carte menu and be served at the table even if we had all inclusive/ demi pension. If you are looking to escape the crowds of Fira and Oia, this is the place. It is tucked away right on the black sand beach on the southern coast, offering a level of peace and tranquility that feels rare for Santorini. Waking up to the sound of the Aegean Sea every morning and having immediate access to a private beach area was pure magic. There is another restaurant next door and a short 10 min walk on the beach there is Perivolos city full of restaurants and bars and sun beds by the sea. The room was designed in that classic Mediterranean style, airy, and incredibly clean. The housekeeping team did an excellent job servicing the room daily. Having our own private terrace was fantastic, they offered beach towels and snorkel equipment for free as well. Our 7-year-old boy, had the time of his life. Having immediate access to a beautiful outdoor pool, with snorkels, floaters, balls and toys that were free by the pool for everyone to use, and the private beach with sun bed service was fantastic. Water shoes are recommended as the water is rocky at the begging but extremely clean and clear so you can see the fish! The service is what truly sets them apart; Maria and the team treats you like family rather than just guests. Melanie practically acted as our personal concierge. The staff went out of their way to help us arrange a wonderful boat trip, reserve a restaurant, have a rental car picked up and dropped off at our hotel door, Stefanos, Mirciny and Vasily and the chef made our experience worthy of the best restaurants, with outstanding cocktails and mouth watering homemade dishes.

It is easier to have a rental car/bike/scooter/ atv to visit the other cities in Santorini rather than using public transportation. Also the nearest minimarket/ supermarket is a short 5/ 10 min drive but by foot it is 20 min walk, which can be inconvenient with someone without a car.

Super relaxed and clean, the staff are super friendly and happy to help.

The beach (as a lot of the beaches in Greece) was difficult to swim in due to the rocks, but the facilities they have on the beach (chairs and umbrellas) were great.

This hotel is truly amazing . From its cleanliness to comfort to tranquillity . I came to find peace and I certainly found that . The food is delicious with plenty of choice . 3 courses with half board . The owners are lovely and kind .. Christophe Maria and Stefanos and Melanie and basiil were all lovely and I immediately felt relaxed being my first solo holiday .. it isn’t busy like where the cruise ships land and if you love a sunrise I can highly recommend getting up to watch it with no one around . Spectacular. The beds are super comfortable and the maids do an excellent job daily . There is plenty of space to relax in the day . I rebooked to come back in September before I left as it was a unforgettable holiday for me
