All original wood flooring, wood ceilings, crown molding and wrap around (L-shaped) front porch overlooking a huge back yard situated with tables, chairs, umbrellas, fire pit for outdoor entertaining. The property is totally fenced and gated for privacy and constantly receiving more upgrades. Walking distance to downtown, FSU, FAMU, Governors Mansion, Midtown, convenience to restaurants, library, museums, bars and entertainment. A Capital City Treat!

The accommodations are exactly as described. The home was sweet and had so much character. We loved the porches and easy access to all of Tallahassee. It was also nice to meet the owner at check-in, which is a rare special touch.
