The hotel was very very clean and organised by a family team and their staff who are completely dedicated in providing a professional service. They couldn’t help us enough, always greeted with a smile and even went out of their way to help with a couple of issues we had. Parking is on site, secured at night and a swimming pool within the grounds offers a private and relaxed retreat.

Not much at all. The decor may be a little dated, but it has an Italian theme throughout. The fridge could be a little colder, but then it’s only designed to chill refreshments.

Decent for the price but would try elsewhere next time

The location is one of the nicest as it is close by to various restaurants and bars and gelato place. The balcony is good to sit outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location, while good for food and other conveniences, is quite far from the main attractions. The room itself was in poor condition and very outdated, i.e. the shower door handle was broken upon arrival, the shower head was leaking, and the toilet was extremely compact, with barely enough space to sit. Additionally, the bathroom had a terrible smell. Amenities were very limited (though you could request more if needed), and the lighting throughout the room was also quite poor. There was also no bin int he room so had to use the one in the bathroom.

Hotel ok but room far too small

The room was very clean but very small. The double bed was against the wall so access only available on 1 side. This is difficult when your 71 years old. We didn't have meals there however they breakfast and dinner appeared good value. The room wasn't cheap and I would of expected a larger room. We came in at 5pm and left at 8am. The location is good with long walks either side of the hotel.

Okay stay, 40 minute walk to old town

Nice balcony

Mattress was quite uncomfortable. The location was not the best. We had hoped to get buses into Sirmione old town but they didn’t turn up / were already full , so was a 40 min long hot walk into the town along a road. I would stay in the old town if I was to return. We were asked to pay a $3 tax for the stay, but had to be cash not card. It would’ve good to know about this when we checked in, as when we left the hotel we did not have any remaining cash.

Great last minute find

As a last minute booking for the night of our visit in Sirmione, we were really pleased with our stay. The staff were really friendly and the room was nice, clean and spacious. The pool area is lovely for the day and everyone was really accommodating

had some difficulty with my check in, room was cold when I first arrived, 2 mile walk to central Sirmione (where you want to spend most of your time) or pay $20 for a taxi, water gets everywhere when you shower

Exceptional

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Alsazia hotel. We traveled around Italy during our holiday and this was by far one of our favourite hotels. We stayed in many 4 star hotels but just loved the quiet and peaceful vibe of Alsazia. Alsazia has a gorgeous swimming pool which we had to ourselves most of the time, so quiet, clean and sun beds available to use. The hotel is about an hour walk to popular attractions such as the Castle and Jamaica beach (definitely worth a visit). This walk is beautiful and scenic if you are up for it, alternatively there is a bus shuttle service. There are many restaurants and shops nearby Alsazia serving tasty food and providing a fantastic atmosphere. The balcony was a huge selling point for us and we enjoyed watching the storm from it one evening with a beverage. The host let us buy and take coffee up to our balcony one morning too. You could just about see the lake from where put balcony was situated which was lovely. An overall fantastic stay and would definitely stay again!

The shutter on the balcony was tricky to use. You had to use it because the curtains were thing and let a lot of light through. The fridge was warm and may need an upgrade.

Very friendly staff who had very little English. They made you feel most welcome.

Very wide range of food available for breakfast buffet. Air conditioning and safe were free of charge. Sun beds at pool were always available. View from the bedroom out over Lake Garda.

Only one English TV channel. We are not into the stock market channel while on holidays. While it may be common in Europe I didn't like the presence of dogs in the dining area or the sound of barking dogs in the corridor.

Great vacation

Everything about the stay at this hotel was great! The room was big and very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they are wonderful people who know how to treat their guests. The pool is always clean and the facilities great. I will definitely return to this hotel!! Many thanks to everyone here! I felt spoiled.

Comfy, friendly, clean and convenient.

Easy to find and on the bus route from the train station. Near a supermarket and access to the lake just a 5 minute walk away. The pool was lovely, very clean. The rooms were great, comfy, cleaned everyday and a good sized balcony. There was an amazing restaurant just up the road, attached to the Piccolo Hotel I think, I can't remember the exact name - a staff member at Alsazia recommended it. Well worth a visit, the beef and the pork ribs were cooked to perfection! I'd definitely recommend staying at Alsazia and either getting the bus or walking into the old town if that's what you want to do - great location and lovely place.

Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen liebevoll hergerichtet. Wir fanden ein Buffet vor, was keine Wünsche übrig ließ . Sehr sehr nettes aufmerksames Personal .

Matratzen waren für " mich " zu hart. Jeder empfindet dies anders. Da ich jedoch sehr beeinträchtig bin mit dem Rücken , konnte ich nicht gut schlafen. Habe jedoch auch vergessen nach einem Topper zu fragen.

Non vale quel che costa

Il personale è stato molto gentile e accogliente

Abbiamo pagato una notte 150 euro e ci aspettavamo una camera nettamente diversa ma soprattutto con più comfort! il bagno aveva una doccia (sporca) in cui una persona più alta di 1.80m non ci stava dentro e non solo… era attaccata al wc quindi con le gambe facevi fatica a fare qualsiasi cosa. Infine la Tv non andava.. dopo un po’ abbiamo capito che c’era il filo staccato dell’accensione e dopo ben mezz’ora persa a capire cosa fosse successo alla Tv il titolare ha risolto prendendo una prolunga…. ci aspettavamo uno sconto dal prezzo iniziale perché non era assolutamente una camera da 150 euro a notte!!!!

Fantastisch

Een mooi hotel op een hele fijne locatie. Op loopafstand van het meer, diverse supermarkten en volop restaurants. Mooie kamers met een leuk balkonnetje. Heel fijn zwembad. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De bedden zijn nogal hard.
