Hotel a gestione familiare ,pulito ,con parcheggio e a pochi minuti di auto dal centro storico di Sirmione, A 100 mt ristoranti di vario tipo. Dal balcone si vede il lago che dista a pochi minuti a piedi.
Unica pecca il bagno un pò piccolo .

The location is one of the nicest as it is close by to various restaurants and bars and gelato place. The balcony is good to sit outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location, while good for food and other conveniences, is quite far from the main attractions.
The room itself was in poor condition and very outdated, i.e. the shower door handle was broken upon arrival, the shower head was leaking, and the toilet was extremely compact, with barely enough space to sit. Additionally, the bathroom had a terrible smell. Amenities were very limited (though you could request more if needed), and the lighting throughout the room was also quite poor. There was also no bin int he room so had to use the one in the bathroom.
