About this house rental
This is a one story lake front home located on Cooper Lake in Lutz, Fla. The home was expanded and updated in 2012. The back of the home is surrounded with a very large screened porch. The master bedroom, living/dining room and a guest room have French doors which open on to the porch. The master and one guest room have king size beds and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. The master bath has only a shower. The guest bath has a tub/shower combination. There is a separate laundry room
with stackable washer/dryer and additional sink.
There is a carport. There is a small gas grill.
The house is located on a cul de sac. We have someone who cuts the grass and cares for the yard.
This is our winter home for Jan., Feb., and March.
We love it because it is a quiet neighborhood which is located close to everything and we have awesome neighbors. I would hope if anyone rents this home that they will treat it with respect and love it as much as we do.

My husband was a Moffitt patient. We needed a place to stay for 2 months to be close for treatments. Bonnie has her home set up for a relaxing peaceful recovery. The home has everything you need. The screen room is so relaxing. The water view is amazing. We enjoyed the wildlife. The Sandhill Cranes would come for peanuts.

We had to come into town for a month as my husband had some treatments at Moffit Cancer Center, This house was perfect for us, during my husbands recovery this is the perfect place to recover that’s for sure, Bonnie was the perfect host, any questions or concerns just a txt away and she was right on it. This house was 15-20 min from Moffit as we had to go there every single day, I definitely would recommend this house for your stay, I know if I ever need to rebook Bonnie’s house is the one

We had a fantastic stay at Bonnie's house, at Lake House! Awesome views to the lake, great area to stay, and fantastic house, such a dream place that we didn't want to leave. Inside the house there are all things that you may need, and the three rooms have really comfortable and big beds. We will never forget the views of the lake from all the house, and the porche a must to stay at! The reality much better than the pictures, hope to come another time if possible. Thanks Bonnie!
