The view — nothing else.
rooms and its furnitures are extremely old . towels are worn out/ No AC or fan when it‘s 30 degrees celsius! I wouldnt stay here for more than a night, luckily on our 2nd (& last) night, it rained so it‘s cooler but still unimagineable that there‘s no fan. chruchbells also ring every hour or so -it‘s literally beside a church.

The establishment matches its description well, with a friendly and helpful team who can communicate in English for basic information. The room had everything needed to ensure it could be properly closed and secured.
The place offers everything you need, including a lovely terrace with a soothing view of the lake. I definitely recommend it for its value for money and its convenient location close to Stresa — ideal for a walk along the lakeside.
If, like me, you're a light sleeper, you may hear some noises in the hallway and doors opening, as the sound insulation is on the lighter side. However, don't hesitate to bring your own pillow if you have the space — it can add a touch of softness, as the mattress and pillow provided are on the firmer side. This isn't a negative point, just something to keep in mind.

Very Nicely presented , exceptionally clean , easy parking and fabulous views of the lake from the rooms. Situated in the very pretty town of Brisino, a short distance from Stresa. Close to beach areas of the lake for swimming ,etc. The people were extremely welcoming , helpful and very friendly. We would chose to stay here again , no question.

the location is a bit far from the center, but it is quiet, with a nice view of the lake from the terrace, friendly and caring hosts, good breakfast

The hotel is generally nice.
It is located quite far from the city, but has amazing view on the lake.
Rooms are really old, including furniture and bathrooms.
Also the breakfast is quite poor.

The staff was awesome, helped me with a bag to the room.
Big balcony, nice view from the restaurant to the lake.
The breakfast's nothing spectacular but quite good. Croissants were very good.

We stayed at hotel Brisino for one night and left wanting to return. It is family-run by an extremely nice couple, they made all the difference in the stay. Breakfast is outstanding (including a great variety of Gluten-free options, more than much more luxurious hotels in the area I've stayed in the past) and the views both from the room and from the breakfast area were absolutely stunning!
Despite being extremely well maintained and clean, some things are quite old. I would prioritize a revamp on mattresses and pillows, followed by towels.

A long walk back from Stresa uphill all the way

The room had a balcony with a wonderful view of the lake.
The hotel was quite difficult to get to from the toll road, and also difficult to get from the hotel down to Stresa town, which is where the action is. The hot water was almost not existent in the shower.

I doubt the view of Lake Maggiore could be rivalled, from the one we had at hotel Brisino. Superb location, and so peaceful. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The manager/owner was a gentleman. Easily the highlight of our holiday was lake Maggiore, largely down to the beautiful views from our balcony and the hotel itself.
Hard to think of anything. You do need a car, but I would argue you would need one to see the full beauty of the area anyway. Pity there is no dinner service, but again, you are 5 mins. from the main squares of Stresa with a large selection of restaurants. Cannot hand on heart, find faults with this hotel.

The breakfast was amazing. Plentiful and great variety served in a dining room with a view of lake Maggiore
New bed covers would be nice and new bath towels are essential. The current ones are too old and used .

Nice staff but nothing more to say. Great view on Stresa and the lake. Calm place. If you want a peaceful place, with little animation and away from everything... go there.
Pretty small and old-fashioned room. The road to get there is winding and tight, away from the city. If you want to enjoy Stresa with the lake, Baveno... I don't recommend you to go there (too far). Be careful, the hotel is 4km from Stresa and not 1.7km !

Breakfast is very good, a little of everything to choose from.
You need a rental car as there is not a bus line. Town of Stresa is a super cute Italian town. The lake tour to the 3 islands is worth visiting.
Rooms are small but clean, comfortable beds.

Beautiful view, good breakfast!
Road to the hotel is very narrow. Basically good for 2 Fiat 500 cars! If you intend to bike, than would not recommend this location, as it is 4km climbing from Stresa to Brisino against percentages of sometimes 10%!

This was a lovely, typically Italian hotel in a classic building and in a fabulous position. The views from the gardens and from our room were stunning. It was just a couple of minutes by car down into Stresa and the whole lake could be explored from here. Breakfast was really good and all the staff were very nice - they were disappointed we were only staying one night, telling us it wasn't long enough to really explore the area (which we knew) but there will be a next time!

A little dated and the cramped toilet.

Amazing view, the overlook of the lake is breathtaking, the breakfast was decent, although the honey was the best of my life, served in purity inside the honeycomb, amazing, it smelled of flowers. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room had little space and was a bit crumpled, it lacked some air conditioning or at least some sort or mosquito net and the furnishing could've been better.

View over Lago Maggiore is spectacular. The area is very quiet; complete silence at night. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and offered many options.
The mattress is a bit hard and the pillows thin and dense. Bath towels were mismatched and thin.
