Near Delaware water rafting, kayaking and fly fishing. Twenty five minutes from Resorts Worlds Catskills and YO1 Wellness, Yoga, meditation Ayurveda center. Large wrap around porch to watch beautiful sunsets. Lower deck and deck off master bedroom with beautiful views. Walk on paths through the 15 acres of fields with an upper seating area with gorgeous views.

Our family, three teens and a dog, had a wonderful time relaxing and spending time together at this lovely house. The house offered plenty of room to spread out, was fantastically quiet and peaceful and was close to rivers, hiking and cute small towns. Perfect weekend away!

Deb. What a perfect house you have!!! My friends are thinking of going again next year. The only thing was we the used the hidden key as I didn’t have the lockbox code. Otherwise. We loved your perfect clean very accommodating home!!!! All was perfect. Highly recommend this home. Must be so pretty in winter too!!!!

We arrived and were able to get in with the key in the lock box which gave us so much peace so we could arrive at any time. The property outside and inside was breathtaking. Inside the house was perfectly arranged and decorated so you could socialize and look out at the property. Our dog ran and swam and had the absolutely best time exploring the back trail. We walked around the property and it was so beautiful and peaceful. We had a fire inside and I cooked delicious meals for us in the totally outfitted kitchen. There wasn’t anything I couldn’t find. When they say pet friendly, this was the only house I ever stayed that welcomed pets. There were pet bowls and a bed. Everything the listing says is true but the feeling your heart gets from entering this utopia needs to be felt. I would give it a million stars if I could.
