Really nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Location was nice and secure. The shopping centre being on site is also great. Nice rooms, comfortable,, very clean, good size beds.
Some of the items in the rooms, shower/sink/toilet are a little tired and not working as best. Be prepared for food to take over an hour between different people being served food in your group if you have more than 4 people. We only ate there once because of this, but loads of nice places to eat in the shopping centre. Be nice if the stairs were an alternative to the lift. They seem to be an emergency use only. The lifts can be very slow around peak times.

So much mosquito I have stayed in this hotel since the last 2017 until this year But this is the first time I had found mosquito 🦟🦟 in the room Really disappointing
