We stayed here for my son's Davidson College graduation. It was a perfect location. Just a quick 12 minute drive back to the school. The house had everything equipped in the kitchen that you would need. And it was just a few minutes from downstairs Mooresville. Lots of restaurants to choose from for our after graduation ceremony. Definitely would stay here again.

Overall, the stay was fine, but the experience could’ve been better. I use short term rentals a few times a year, and I feel like every time, the host tries their best to be overly helpful, share tidbits about the community and things to do, and overall seems invested in our stay being excellent.The experience here wasn’t that way. If those things aren’t important to you, it’s probably no big deal.When we first went to book, we asked for a last minute booking discount, as many others in the area offered it. They simply replied “we do not.” It just didn’t feel warm from the start.Our flight arrived late so we didn’t get
