Excellent location. Fabulous staff. Very efficient.
Short in bath with no anti slip mat. Risk. Rooms could do with freshening up especially the bathroom. Terribly noisy in the lobby area at night. Unnessary amplification during the bingo and the music, meant for the bar and dance area, spills into the beautiful lobby where you could not converse in any comfort. Definitely needs to be changes.

The location was excellent with lovely view. Restaurant opening times were very good. Food choices very good and the free wine was an unexpected bonus.
Lifts very efficient.
Very tired rooms and corridors where carpet was threadbare. Only one plug in room and that was not very accessible. Light hanging from ceiling outside our bedroom door on arrival but this was remedied a few days later. Body wash/shampoo dispenser not working. Rusty railings on balcony.
