Oasis of relaxation in one of the noisiesr cities on the planet. Airco that‘s easy to operate. No annoyingly complicated tech anywhere. Stylish settings. Lovely floral smell im the lobby..Not too cold. Well maintained facility. Great pool, both optically as practically and intended for swimming.

I could honestly not think of anything

Booked pool view 2 rooms for my family. Hotel provided adjacent rooms which was fantastic. As I was attending a 4 days course at DLF phase 2, the location was perfect amid the working hours traffic. Rooms were clean, comfortable, cozy. Bed was very comfortable. Many western and Indian options at breakfast buffet with good though some of the à la carte items can be slow. Great pool. But no separate children’s pool. Dinner at Saffron was great with good music. The best part of the hotel were the staffs. The hospitality provided by each and everyone, from the concierge, receptionist, restaurant waiters and managers were exceptional 11/10. Nurul and Monica at reception were so welcoming. Palak, Raosan and many more at the restaurant were so helpful and accommodating to our requests. I highly recommend Trident Gurgaon 200% and will surely return in the future.
