The layout of villa. All 3 bedrooms were the same size and quality with comfortable beds. Outside area and loungers and umbrellas great. Sun until 5pm in June. Kitchen very well equipped. Lee was very helpful and kept us updated with progress of new access road which was completed during our stay.
The old access road was terrible. Worse than we remembered. You can walk down into Sivota in about 50 minutes but to then go back up is too much and taxi companies won't come up the road. The new access road takes a long to walk but more of it is tarmac and you reach the main road in half the timeand then have to walk down main road.

The access road is partially unpaved and steep. These negative aspects will go away as soon as you reach the location.

The villa was beautiful and the views were amazing, the inside was spacious and clean.
The road to get to the property is basically off road, it’s not asphalt and very gravelly as well as a few very steep parts. This was a bit of an issue and worry as we had a rental car which we were concerned about damaging. It also made the journey from the villa to the main road quite long.

It was totally amazing stay, everything was smooth and Labrini was super clear and friendly with giving us all the instructions and tips! We totally loved it there! Villa is spacious and really comfy, everything was spotlessly clean. Nothing will beat morning coffee and sunrise views from the pool deck! :)
