About this house rental
Spectacular cliff views, a private lush garden, and steps away from Railay Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
This classic 4 bedroom wooden home is well-appointed with fine Thai kitchenware and fully furnished featuring antiques and a blend of classic Thai and Chinese, as well as designer furniture. Specialty lighting offers a sophisticated ambiance. The courtyard and lovely gardens are also beautifully lit to enjoy at night.
You are tucked away in a private natural setting and sit under the magnificent limestone cliffs of Railay at the foot of the National Park and jungle with fabulous views in every direction. Yet, it’s just a 2-minute level walk (150 meters) to the beach, the club’s 'Sunset Bar', and the front office. All restaurants, nightlife, and small shops are easily accessible next to our club.
You will appreciate nature in this songbird paradise with sightings of langur monkeys, gibbons, big clouded monitor or gecko lizards, wild civets, toucans, squirrels, etc. Kids will love it!
Sleeping Arrangements and Accommodations:
Baan Rim 20A has 4 Bedrooms with aircon and can comfortably sleep 8:
1 bedroom has a private en-suite bedroom. Another bedroom is located on the second level with magnificent panoramic views of nature and a small sink for convenience.
There are 2 other large bathrooms with showers open to the sky. Enjoy indoor and outdoor living areas, a dining area, a spacious sala, and sprawling decking with hammocks all around offering total comfort.
3 king beds can be split into 2-singles on request.
If you would like more sleeping pace enquire about use of the additional Guest House 20-B per availability. This is a separate private guest wing (40sqm), 15 meters from 20A. It has a king-size bed (that can be made into 2-single beds), a spacious bathroom, an indoor seating area, a kitchenette and a wonderful veranda with hammock, table, and chairs.
Use of the Guest Wing 20B per availability is an additional $135 per night for a total of 5 Bedrooms.

Railay Beach is only accessed by boat so we highly recommend letting us arrange your transfer for ease of travel point to point.
