Everything was perfect.

Our stay was perfect from the beginning. Sylvia, the receptionist, was professional, kind and caring. When we requested for gluten free bread for breakfast for one of us, she could get us some the next morning, even when they don't ussually have it . We could have a chat with her during our breakfast and she gave us great advices on what to visit and where to go. We had a real good Time with her talking about our lives! Thank you!!

Our stay. Pros and cons

The staff especially the one young lady on Sunday, September 28 and the lady who cleaned our room were the best. Loved that you could open the windows.

The bathroom was not my favorite but it sufficed. The stairs going up needed a bit more of a handle.

Only good vibes

The staff was so kind and helpful! Felt like talking to friends. They are so sweet and respectful! Clean, comfy, facilities - great, location superb, 5 mins walk to the center. If I'm back in Korçë one day, I'd stay there again, for sure!

Really welcoming and helpful close to the music centre without being too close

It was extremely friendly and close to the town centre with parking for motorcycles

Just a little hard to find but more likely my fault as we went up and down the main road without seeing it set back

Misleading communication

Location was good, the hotel was relatively new and the breakfast selection was fine.

I stopped here during my bicycle tour. They told me they had a safe place to put my bicycle when I contacted them in advance but when I arrived I was told to leave at the street in front of the hotel in a car spot, there wasn't even anything to lock it to. The room smelled like mold and it was on the third floor without elevator.

A nice central hotel

Easy to find, easy to check in. The room was exactly as expected, with a spacious bathroom and balcony. The staff were all friendly and attentive. There was not much parking, but we got a space for the hire car right outside the hotel. The breakfast was nice. This was our 2nd stay in Hotel Romeo (first was in 2021) and we were satisfied with everything.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was outstanding!

Having a hot water kettle or coffee setup in the room would be nice, but I was able to request a cup of hot water and coffee from downstairs. The wires/pipes sticking out from the walls were a concern with 2 toddlers.
