Our stay was perfect from the beginning. Sylvia, the receptionist, was professional, kind and caring. When we requested for gluten free bread for breakfast for one of us, she could get us some the next morning, even when they don't ussually have it . We could have a chat with her during our breakfast and she gave us great advices on what to visit and where to go. We had a real good Time with her talking about our lives! Thank you!!

The staff especially the one young lady on Sunday, September 28 and the lady who cleaned our room were the best.
Loved that you could open the windows.
The bathroom was not my favorite but it sufficed.
The stairs going up needed a bit more of a handle.

The staff was so kind and helpful! Felt like talking to friends. They are so sweet and respectful!
Clean, comfy, facilities - great, location superb, 5 mins walk to the center.
If I'm back in Korçë one day, I'd stay there again, for sure!

Location was good, the hotel was relatively new and the breakfast selection was fine.
I stopped here during my bicycle tour. They told me they had a safe place to put my bicycle when I contacted them in advance but when I arrived I was told to leave at the street in front of the hotel in a car spot, there wasn't even anything to lock it to.
The room smelled like mold and it was on the third floor without elevator.
