clean room, very nice staff, place to store the bike. The hotel is not the most modern, but I found everything I needed for a comfortable stay

A very good breakfast, and with the possibility to make a "lunchbox" from the breakfast buffet.
The location was on the "quiet side of Rügen, which we knew already from the booking.
Most of the staff was not able to speak english.

This was the precise location we wanted and we were lucky in that there were few tourists because of covid-19. Staff in the dining room were very friendly even though we came late for breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful.
The bathrooms had no extractor fan (and no windows) so the rooms were a little humid. Due to a miscommunication we did not realise that one had to ask for rooms to be made up by putting a sign outside the door, so our rooms were not made up and the humid towels were not changed for three days. The walls are quite thin, so noisy neighbours can be heard rather well.
