Amazing stay

Everything was perfect. The check in was from 15:00 but our room was ready by 14:10. The receptionists all three were amazing and very very helpful. The location was perfect for us, you could go around with the metro located just next to the hotel. The room was very clean and cozy. The temperature was warm since now it’s colder outside. I’ll stay here again when I come back to Paris.

Location was great - next to the Porte de St Cloud. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was excellent and very quiet. There’s a great food market on a Sunday morning right next to the hotel

The room was excellent and had everything needed for a longer stay. Extremely clean. The location was great, a bit away from the city bustle, but perfect in terms of peace and safety during the night.

Too frequent checking whether we were in the room and if they could come in, even when the “do not disturb” sign was on the door, they would still try to enter. It was quite exhausting.

Had an excellent stay. Less than a minute from the metro. Had a supermarket next to it. All in all highly recommend for families with kids.

Comfortable, reasonable and safe, but underwhelming breakfast.

The room was great. It was clean. I was given a room with a balcony as I requested a room with a view. I would recommend this place for a safe and comfortable, but also reasonable price option. It was right next to the Port de St. Cloud metro station. It was within 30 mins by public transport to most landmarks.

The breakfast was very underwhelming. very few options. nothing was heated or kept warm. The breakfast wasn't worth the extra money. I had requested an early check-in 3 weeks in advance which wasn't given unfortunately.

I would recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent since we were going to a game at Stade Jean-Bouin. Also, the hotel is near the metro entrance, which is quite convenient. The breakfast was really good. The room we stayed in was very spacious. The hotel provided hand wash liquid as well as body cream, shampoo and conditioner, and the quality of these is quite good. The staff was kind and helpful.

Spoiled family vacation

Location of the hotel was good, rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was average.

Stayed with a large family. 9 Adults and 3 kids. Booked 5 rooms months in advance. We had free cancelation up to 3 days before our booking. We arrive at the Hotel to find they are renovating, we were not informed at any point before hand and the hallways looked a bit haunted. If we were told we could have changed hotels. However when we brought it up they said we can cancel the the reservation and they will refund us and we can find another hotel. That is not feasible with such a large family with baggage, kids and elderly over and above that how does one find accommodation at such short notice and at a reasonable price. They have refused to provide any compensation and to take any accountability. Look at the pics and come to your own conclusion. But the service with regards to this has soured our experience.

Air conditioning was effective but when sleeping was directed towards the bed and even when the fan was on the lowest point disruptive to a lighter sleeper.

Superb

Location is perfect for Roland Garros. Less convenient if you need to get into Paris and the main sights but thats not what we booked for. Nonetheless we were welcomed with a very friendly front of house manager and everything was clean and well presented. If we come back for the tennis again - we know where to stay. Recommended.

The hotel more than met our expectations. The staff was very friendly, especially Ewa who checked us in. Breakfast was excellent and the room was quiet, clean and very comfortable.

Great hotel, fab location for PSG

Ideal location for watching PSG. The stadium is about a 5 minute walk away. There’s a metro station right outside which made travelling around the city really easy. The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable.
