1) Great location — lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, a bus stop, the central street, and the beach within walking distance.
2) The room matched the photos and was fairly clean. I especially liked that the balcony faced the inner courtyard with trees, so there was no street noise. Comfortable bed.
3) Soundproofing inside the hotel is average — if neighbors are loud, you will hear them.
4) Breakfasts are very standard: not a huge variety, but there were fruits and good coffee.
There was a strong sewage smell, the flush button on the toilet didn’t work very well, and the toilet itself wasn’t very comfortable (it could be difficult for a larger person).

Breakfast was nice and plentyful . Plenty of TV channels to choose from.
2 sleepless nights because of the noisy guests. Room 301 located near the Stairs.
