WAYMOUNT FARM LUXURY COUNTRY STUDIO
Waymount Farm is a beautifully appointed self-contained luxury country retreat, situated in the heart of the Shoalhaven, South Coast, NSW. The Studio at Waymount Farm is perfect for a family of 5 (Max 2 adults and 3 - 4 children only) or a couple farm stay experience to indulge in the luxurious facilities of pool, outdoor heated spa and sauna or toast marshmallows over an evening fire.
You can enjoy feeding and interacting with our our sheep, lambs, alpacas and horses. Your itinerary will be full with a huge variety of Shoalhaven activities at your doorstep.
For Couples the area offers award-winning wineries, excellent restaurants with music and art festivals offered in the midst of beautiful country air and green rollings hills of the south coast of NSW. Only 20 minutes for the township of historic Berry, enjoy coffee shops, fashion and homeware shops to browse through.
For the bushwalker there are national parks close by with many and varied walking tracks to explore.
For families the area offers wonderful Shoalhaven Zoo, Jamberoo Adventure Park, Tree Tops Adventures, Bundanon Trust Art Gallery and Tours, Shoalhaven pool and water slides, Shoalhaven River Aquatic park for water skiing, kayaking, fishing and bushwalking.
The pristine beaches of Jervis Bay are only 20 minutes away also.
NB Waymount Farm up to May 2018 was offering large group accommodation to 17 guests.

We had such a great stay here. From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel genuinely welcome—they were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with the whole time.The property itself is beautiful and really peaceful, perfect if you just want to switch off and relax. The kids absolutely loved it—there were plenty of farm animals to see and interact with, which kept them entertained for hours. The huge pool and outdoor spa were a massive highlight as well, especially for the kids.Overall, it’s one of those places that just feels easy to be at. Relaxed, family-friendly, and well looked after. We’d definitely come back.

Waymount Farm is an absolute dream if you’re travelling with dogs. The property is fully fenced and incredibly dog-friendly, with plenty of safe space for dogs to explore, sniff and relax without you constantly worrying about them getting out.The pool was a huge highlight — dogs are allowed in the water, and our Labrador spent most of the trip happily swimming and living her best life. If you have a water-loving dog, they will be in heaven. There’s also a warm outdoor spa and beautiful peaceful surroundings that make it the perfect place to switch off and reset.Being close to the farm animals was another special part of the experience. Our dogs had never seen horses before, but it was reassuring to know the horses are very used to barking dogs. Kalvin has also created a generous fenced area where dogs can roam safely and enjoy the farm setting.A small note for owners of very small dogs: the fence openings between the dog area and the horses are a little wide, and our tiny Tenterfield Terrier managed to squeeze through. We solved this by attaching a wooden spoon to her harness until she got used to the horses and stayed in the allocated space.There are also fantastic dog-friendly hikes nearby. We loved the 3.9 km She-Oak Crossing Loop in Bomaderry Creek Regional Park, about 4 km away — a beautiful bush walk along the creek with great picnic spots.Such a peaceful place to relax and enjoy nature. A perfect dog-friendly escape.

Kim and Kelvin were very accommodating and wonderful with us and our kids and our dog. The kids were collecting freshly laid eggs each morning and helping to Kim to feed the animals as well. They had the absolute best time!The accommodation had everything we needed and it was fantastic to have the pool and spa.Kim and Kelvin also suggested some activities in the local area which we thoroughly enjoyed.The kids are already looking forward to the next stay when the little horses are settled in and able to take rides.Thanks again for having us.
