From the first day of arrival Tip was here to greet us and gave us useful advice. The mobile phone that comes with the villa was very useful. The villa was amazing clean pool fantastic great quite location just as we were after. Pool and garden cleaned every day. Just a amazing time here thank you both Ken and Tip hope to return soon

The location of the home was great - we had a private pool and the greenery acted as a fence giving us a bit of privacy. The pool was like warm bath water so the kids were in there for hours, all hours of the day/night. The inside of the home is moderately decorated with everything you need. It did smell like mold but you get used to it after a bit. I'm very sensitive to smell so it bothered me more than your average person.
There was a food menu that we could order from which was great, they just delivered it to our location and it was very convenient. Thai and European menu available. We were offered a tour of the town so they came and picked us up. Like family, they showed us all the places we needed to know (gas stations/stores/beaches) etc. I felt like we had a friend showing us around. Everyone was super nice.
