I have stayed at The Claremont on several occasions before but , this time, they upgraded me to a beautiful large room with a four poster bed. It was a delight and so was the stylish bathroom. I had gone for the weekend to attend my best Friends daughter's Wedding and honestly , the room made me feel so special on such a special weekend.
There was a slight problem with the toilet on the last day not flushing properly. It is what can be expected in these older featured properties but it didn't hinder my stay. I obviously reported it on check-out .

The young Spanish receptionist who greeted me on arrival was excellent. She could not do enough to assist and explain about the property and local amenities
The breakfast service was extremely disappointing. The waiter attending to the breakfast could not have provided more stark contrast!
