BRISTOL Hotel Opatija

Staff and location. The building itself is magnificent. The staff at the breakfast room is very polite and accommodating. Both private and public beaches are super close to the hotel and so is the promenade.

The hotel should be able to provide parking for all guests. Instead of paying 50 euros for hotel parking we ended up paying 100 euros for the garage right next to the hotel for two and a half days.

Old hotel, very classic style. Like in ex. Yugoslavia. Great old style staff. Low 3 stars. Good breakfast. Worn out interiors that need upgrade.

The stay at the hotel was very pleasant and relaxing. The breakfast is diverse and truly caters to everyone’s preferences, which is a big plus. The dining salon where breakfast is served is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a special charm that makes the morning experience even more enjoyable. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, leaving a very positive impression. The rooms are clean and provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also excellent, with easy access to all key attractions and amenities. If you are looking for glamour and a modern luxury experience, this might not be your first choice. However, if you are looking for a hotel with soul, character, and a warm atmosphere – it comes highly recommended.

The only downside is the extra bed in the room, which is not always necessary, takes up space, and slightly affects the overall appearance. It would be better if it were provided only upon request.

The bedroom Breakfast

Parking really bad for those over 70 years of age. Breakfast staff surly and arguing loudly with one another in front of guests. Entrance lounge disappoints as it does not truly reflect the grandeur of the building.
