Excellent hotel and staff made our Champaluc stay very enjoyable

The property is very pleasant and comfortable but it's the staff that really makes the place fantastic! Incredibly helpful and always go the extra distance to help with every matter properly. The spa is superb; unexpected and included in the very reasonable cost. The restaurant is very good and I highly recommend taking the half-board option....great local cuisine, well-cooked and served. Excellent wine list.

No kettle or coffee/tea facilities in the room.

Everything! There was some confusion about the availability of rooms when we booked. But ultimately it turned out that they upgraded our rooms free of charge! Everyone at the hotel is very nice and helpful! Exceptional attention and kindness! Rooms are amazing and very clean.

Superb

Big room, although the suite we had booked looked much bigger on the picture. It was described as having two extra beds on the side but the room only had a sofa bed. Lovely outdoor pool and sauna area. Friendly staff at the hotel restaurant.

Children were not allowed in the saunas. Understand that children were not allowed in the quiet/relaxing area.

Nice decor, charming town, good variety for brekfast, free ski storage near gondola station, free large parking

Probably great place to stay for families, but unattended screaming children are quite annoying when you just want to relax after skiing. There seems to be some kind of sitting system during breakfast and the staff suggest where you should sit.

Short Skiing Break in a picture perfect setting!

The hotel is stunning. Every detail and object fits perfectly in the mountain setting. it is also extremely close to the ski slopes and you can leave your skis in a deposit right next to the piste!

Perfect in very way

Hotel was superb in every way and run with warmth and profesionalism by a young married couple. It is decorated in a contemporary alpine style with lots of exposed wood. There are a couple of areas to sit and a lovely bar in the basement. With only 22 rooms the hotel never feels too busy and rooms very peaceful. Our room was very large by ski hotel standards and immaculately clean and stylish. Great bathroom. We ate in the hotel most nights at a very reasonable price and enjoyed excellent food and wine. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of food for all tastes. All the staff were helpful, very efficient and very welcoming. And all of this at a very affordable price, much more so than the French alps!! We were there for a ski trip and the hotel have an arrangement (no charge) for leaving skis and boots at a ski hire shop immediately next to the Champoluc Gondola. Probably the hotel we have stayed in in a ski resoprt. We will definitely go back. Thank you La Rouja

The coffee in the morning had a slightly unusual taste, almost as if the coffee beans had been burnt. But this is a very very small niggle in an otherwise superb ski hotel.

Stupende le camere in pieno stile montano che guardano le montagne. Ottimo il servizio della spa anche se non grandissima è comunque adeguata alle 22 camere. Gentilissimo lo staff della reception e della Spa. Colazione a misura della struttura ma con proposte salate e dolci con prodotti anche per intolleranti.

Un bollitore in un quattro stelle è immancabile.

Soggiorno rilassante e perfetto

Colazione e cena ottime e abbondanti. La piscina esterna pulita e la SPA una vera chicca. Pulizia della camera e delle aree comuni impeccabile.

Il tappetino del bagno e alcuni asciugamani erano molto sfilacciati e rovinati.
