Hotel Sun Palace Albir & Spa

Good size room with nice balcony. Breakfast was average for a 4star Spanish hotel.

Surprise of having a pair of dirty socks under the bed and the room was a bit dusty as though it hadn’t been cleaned properly.

Modern and spacious with good facilities

I liked the view from the hotel and the buffet, I liked the garden and the food menu was good

I did not like the welcome we received was poor, the receptionist was not polite to us or welcome us in a correct manner, the receptionist was angry to us because we have 4 year old she said we have to pay extra, this was a mistake on my part but there was a bad communication and a bad attitude. Simply it was not going to be a big problem to pay the extra money, the other staff were all polite. The hotel is good apart from the problem we has In our room there was ants climbing in the bed, coming through a window, also the spa its not open on Sundays, only in morning time and is extra fee, it's closed some part of the day. Overall I would recommend the hotel is nice but some staff should not treat customers this way and did not make our stay feel special with this attitude from receptionist was a bad feeling from us from we stepped inside, also this was a gift for my partner that made me feel very bad when the receptionist make out like I done something bad because the boy was not on the booking i didn't realise this as I searched for 2 adults and 2 baby's on my search, also then the spa we did not use becauze it was closed in afternoon Sunday and the check in it's 4 pm, so overall the hotel could make a few changes to get a great review, this means being more polite to customer, also ants in the room how can this be left for ants to be climbing my bed. Also kids they said its jot child oriented but there were many kids in the hotel. They need to make a few things for kids to do liked kids playroom would make this hotel overall much more child friendly , the pool it's not free or available for kids inside only for one hour they said its 20 per person to use pool. This should be available, there would be many more people coming and enjoying The hotel is really a nice location and beautiful views.

The room decoration was so nice and the breakfast in the room was a 10.

The jacuzzi was cleaned with bleach and we fill it, it smell as that and had bleach in the water. The dinner time close to soon not spanish dinner hours.
