De locatie en de ruimte rondom het huis (zwembad, tuin en overkapping): dichtbij het strand en stadjes / supermarkten, een mooie tuin en een fijn zwembad in een rustige buurt.
Het huis en de ruimte onder de overkapping waren o.i. niet heel goed schoon gemaakt (haren van mens en dier). Daarnaast was het huis o.i. niet heel goed onderhouden: douchekoppen waren erg verkalkt waardoor er weinig water uit kwam, bevestiging van de douchekop op de muur ging er makkelijk af, tijdens het douchen ging het water al onder de glazen deur richting wc waardoor de hele vloer nat werd. Tot slot vonden we de bedden wat hard.
