The place looks exactly like the photos, so it's great! I like the location and the price was really good value for the facilities and amenities you get in this apartment. The beds are comfortable and if felt & looks clean. The bathroom are well equipped with hairdryer, hot showers, and private within the apartment. No complain for that. The kitchen is also complete, so you can save money rather than going out to eat. There's also a pharmacy next to the building, if you need to buy water or some snacks. It is also super safe, where there are passcode locks to enter the building and apartment. Highly recommend this location for your family and if you want to explore the CDMX main city.

It's beyond the apartment's control, but I have to share this. The apartment is next to a park, and sometimes at night the people who hang out there get loud and play loud music on Fridays and the weekend. It's completely understandable, but still it can be bothering to some ppl. Also, the response from the managers of the apartment in the WhatsApp sometimes is slow, need to wait one day for a response. But also, not a big problem.

El departamento es cómodo y agradable, cuenta con lo necesario para un buen descansó, es amplio y limpio. Una sugerencia es que ojalá le den mantenimiento pues cuenta con pequeños detalles que si no le prestan atención, pueden generar problemas mayores

El edificio donde se ubica el departamento estuvo sucio e incluso el mobiliario en la zona de estar está manchado y huele mal. La ubicación está bien, el lugar se siente seguro y las personas amables, desafortunadamente todo el tiempo había perros en la calle que eran paseados por sus dueños quienes no llevaban bolsa para los desechos por lo que es común encontrar excremento de perro en la calle. Nos habría gustado un trato mas personal pero entiendo que este debe ser a través de la aplicación.

Las instalaciones están en buena condición. En general el departamento es muy agradable. La ubicación está bastante buena. Está cerca de una estación de metro y en 5 estaciones se llega a Bellas Artes.

El piso estuvo bastante sucio y el desagüe de la regadera estaba bastante tapado. También por 24 horas se fue el agua casi completamente. Lo que fue un gran problema porque no podíamos bañarnos. El anfitrión contestó solamente de vez en cuando y dijo varias veces que ya debería estar arreglado. Pero no fue así. Tampoco había un número para contactarlo en Whatsapp o para llamarlo. El número de la página no funcionó. En las reseñas he leído que eso pasó ya varias veces. Sobre todo por eso quité puntos en la calificación. Si arreglaran eso, estaría un lugar mucho más recomendable.
