*Reviewing the basement rental* The exterior of the main house is very worn (major roof repairs needed) and dated, with a lot of junk outside (old refrigerators,mattresses, old bikes, debris, etc.). Had I shown up with just my kids, I would have hesitated staying alone based on appearance only. The entrance to the basement property is kinda sketch and a little eerie. The basement property itself is “eclectic and dated”, very dark as the main living spaces has very little natural light. One bedroom had very low clearance through the doorway.

We stayed here on our way to Yellowstone, and we really enjoyed it. The place was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax after a long drive.

Accommodations were perfect for our family of 4. Our girls absolutely loved the bunk bed even though they slept together on the bottom and they were happily spoiled with amazing cookies in the room before bed. Communication with staff was simple and Stephanie was quick to respond. Would definitely stay again!

I appreciated clear communication from the property owner through text and card about getting into the property and checking out procedures. Loved the cookies left for us by the card. Breakfast was simple but just what we needed.

The fridge had too frequent on-and-off cycling and was very loud when it was on. It went on about every 40-50 minutes and stayed on for about 10 minutes at night. The noise woke me up early in the morning and kept me awake.
