About this house rental
Enjoy a wonderful family vacation on the Bolivar Peninsula while staying in this beautifully decorated beach cabin! 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 10. TVs in all the bedrooms. Streaming TV and high speed internet (WIFI). Located on the second street, and short walking distance to beach access via Boyt Rd. Quiet family-friendly neighborhood, ocean view and full of amenities.
Helpful information:
• Sleeps 10 in beds
• Kitchen includes: Cookware, Cookie Sheets, serving bowls/trays, knives and cutting boards, Silverware, Plastic/glass dishes and glasses, Wine glasses, Coffee mugs, Coffee Pot (regular drip), Toaster, Microwave.
• All household linens included with rental. Linens included: sheets, pillows, quilts, kitchen towels, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, beach towels
• Extras Provided: Trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels per stay, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom per stay, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, laundry detergent
• Full size washer/dryer
• Iron/ironing board/drying rack
• Six Adirondack style beach chairs, folding beach chairs and beach toys in garage
• Fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water
• Charcoal BBQ grill (charcoal/lighter fluid not provided)
• Swings located downstairs
Check-in: 4:00 p.m Check-out: 11:00 a.m (Ask for early check in or late check out)
• No pets
• No smoking inside
• No parties or events w/o permission
• Minimum age to rent is 25 (must show state DL or ID upon request)
Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:
• The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
• A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest
The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, I will refund:
• Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
• Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted;
• Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
BEACH PARKING PERMIT: Bolivar Peninsula requires a $10 permit to park your vehicle on the beach. It is a one-time fee and is good for the entire year. You can purchase this at the Big Store, the Valero, or from the local issuing authority when they are driving along the beach.
GOLF CARTS: Though not required, having a golf cart can be very convenient for shuttling back and forth to the beach and “cruising” on the beach. (You can also use your car/truck). The beach house is gorgeous - even more beautiful than the photos. Immaculately clean. The beach is steps away, white sand, clean, and nice waves. The neighborhood is both festive and calm. We loved our stay!

The house is ADORABLE! It was perfect for our stay, well decorated, close walk to the beach, comfy beds, and short drive to restaurants. I would recommend it to others and everyone had a good time.

This was our third summer staying here. Will be coming back every year and staying at this home as long as it’s available! Always super clean and they have just about every utensil and kitchen appliance you need. Y’all won’t regret your stay here!
