Cozy guesthouse with great and friendly hosts.
The room was clean, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. You can also arrange trips around the area with the host for a reasonable price.
I recommend this guesthouse to everyone

A beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the valley and the Kazbek. The facilities of the accommodation are good. The hosts speak little English but are very friendly, warm and always very helpful.

Picturesque view from the window, 10 mins walk from the bus station, impeccable cleanliness, ample kitchen facilities, communal sitting room for the guests, available washing machine.
Everything was worth the money.

We were able to get the room quite early and use the kitchen. The host gave us snacks and watermelon, which was very nice.
The big Georgian man always around the house was a bit frightening
