About this house rental
This bright and sunny holiday home was completed in the summer of 2012 .. It is located in one of 3 semi-detached houses, away from the hustle and bustle, yet in a central location. In front of the house there is a spacious park area with 2 private parking lots.
The beach can be reached in about 7 minutes. In just 1 minute you are on the "shopping mile" of Zingst, which leads from the pier to the harbor on the bay.
The house is lovingly furnished and can already imagine the Baltic Sea nearby.
It offers space for you, your family or even friends with 3 bedrooms.
On the south terrace you can spend pleasant hours all day long. When summer is over, a fire in the stove guarantees comfort.
With travel cot, high chair and carts is provided for the "little guests. For bicycles and sports equipment, a separate shed is available.
The kitchen is fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a small bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bathroom with a large family shower. The "Dachstübl" with its 2 single beds offers with its large windows a view of the Baltic Sea sky (blackout blind available). Each room is equipped with at least one insect screen on the windows. Heat is provided by efficient underfloor heating.
Enjoy the best days of the year on the beach, on the terrace or by the fireplace. Zingst is the ideal resort in any season. After the bathing season, experience the cranes resting in autumn or a legendary New Year's Eve party in winter.
