The Finnish log cabin for well-being and enjoyment

Beautiful, interesting wooden house in a lovely village location. The two double beds are in a mezzanine area which was a surprise, but this was one of the most characterful properties we have stayed in. Really nice atmosphere and place to hang out. Helpful and communicative owners too.

We were so happy with our experience at the property. The pictures were representative of the property, and in fact there were more beds than we envisioned. The layout is a little unusual, but it was great for us!! All beds are upstairs divided into 2 rooms with doors (each with a couch and an elevated double/queen bed) and 1 large open area at the top of the stairs with 2 double beds (1 may even be a king-size). The above open area looks onto the open living space below (kitchen, living and dining). The kitchen has everything you need, plenty of dishes, etc. Our check in was AMAZING, as a family member of the owners lives next door and was actually waiting on the street for us when we arrived (because we had sent a message we’d be getting in just after dark). The bathrooms were spacious with towels enough for all 8 of us. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. They even had a travel crib and high chair for our 1 year old. The outside space is also very relaxing for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. It’s certainly out of the way of main cities, which we were looking for (had to park 2 cars and entertain 4 kids), but it’s not far from the autoroute and was convenient for our route! I would 100% stay again, maybe even go out of my way to plan a route through the area just to stay here again.

Ein sehr gemütliches Haus in schöner Lage. Nur die im Haus aufgehängten Plakate mit Slogans wie "Abwehrkraft statt Impfung" und "Ich bin kein Studienobjekt für Genmanipulation" fanden wir unangemessen.

Wir waren mit 8 Jungs für ein Wochenende da zum wandern und spielen. Dafür ist dieses Haus bestens geeignet.

Das Wochenende in dem Haus war super! Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus, sehr ruhig gelegen und einladend. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die Kommunikation hat reibungslos geklappt. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben mit 8 Mädels ein Mega Wochenende im Root.haus verbracht!!! Es war alles vorhanden um das Wochenende perfekt zu machen.... Von der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt!!! Ob auf der gemütlichen Terrasse mit Blick auf den mit Liebe angelegten Teich, oder im großen und gemütlichen Innenbereich, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
