About this house rental
Amazing views from this beach house. Highly desirable Ocean Front location. Rocking chair front porch. House is 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Includes 2 king beds and 2 twin. Free WIFI. Property listed is the top floor suite. This house has a professionally landscaped yard and parking. We are blocks from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. All beds and furniture are brand new. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. All bedrooms have cable with flat screen wall mounted TV'S! We provide a front load washer and dryer in the laundry room. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.
We also rent the Lower unit.

We also do not allow pets or smoking.

The house was clean and the view was beautiful. My soccer loving son loved having an area in the backyard to play. The owners were super helpful and friendly. We can’t wait to come back!

Plenty of kitchenware for a family who doesn’t want to eat out every meal along with picnic style table with plenty of seats for the family. The beds were so comfortable. Central air works amazing. You can’t beat the view and the rocking chairs. The walk to the beach is easy. From sunrise to about 10 am the porch was quite warm, after that it was nice shaded and such an enjoyable place to sit. The upper unit- has a nice landing on stairs to put your beach equipment. And a rinse off station under the stairs. Washer and dryer work great. Broom and vacuum are easily accessible. The refrigerator is large and has ice maker. We didn’t use the dishwasher so I can’t speak to that. You do share the yard with the downstairs rental which was fine and it seems multiple other units use the walkway to the beach. The driveway is plenty large as long as the other rental follows directions- a sign out front assigning parking might be helpful to decrease confusion. I only saw one grill for both units- small and campsite style if that’s important to you. For some reason, the indoor water smells like sulfur, like well water might, hadn’t experienced that on the Island. It smells when you shower/ brush your teeth. But it doesn’t linger when you are done. Both shower/tubs have 2 fabric shower curtains, not real helpful in keeping water off the tile. We would rent this place again and being on the North side of island was nice are there’s no through traffic.

Absolutely wonderful time with our family of 4. Spacious, clean, and love the proximity to the beach with just a mile from the boardwalk. Hosts are wonderful and we can’t wait to book again.
