Le Cottage du Lac is a two-story turnkey property located in Lac-Etchemin, 60 minutes south of Québec City, Canada, in the scenic Appalachian Region. It can accommodate 11 guests comfortably in five bedrooms.
Fully equipped to ensure maximum comfort, Le Cottage du Lac affords guests amazing views with its 30 m (100 ft) of unubstructed lakefront.

+ Full-working Kitchen with all appliances small and large, pots & pans, cooking utensils, tableware, glassware, silverware, kitchen towels;
+ Dining Room with wood-burning fireplace for a cozy atmosphere. Perfect for après-ski or cool evenings. Firewood included;
+ Spacious Living Room with comfortable and inviting furniture;
+ Wi-FI, Cable TV, DVD Reader are offered free of charge;
+ Three-season Sun Room with dining furniture, and premium lakeviews;
+ Luminous and peaceful environment;
+ Generous storage in all rooms;
+ Washer/Dryer available for use;
+ Secured indoor Garage large enough for one large/two small cars, or up to 5 snowmobiles/motorcycles.
Five comfortable Bedrooms (One King bed / Five Queen beds / One Twin bed)
+ Oversized Master bedroom with King size bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a private balcony overlooking the lake;
+ Family Bedroom for three guests, with one Queen size and one Twin size beds;
+ Bedroom with one Queen size bed;
+ Open-plan Bedroom with a Queen size bed and patio door opening on a second private balcony;
+ Fifth Bedroom on the ground floor with a Queen size bed;
+ All necessary bedding is provided.
Two complete Bathrooms
+ On the second floor, Master bedroom en-suite, with shower and sink;
+ On the ground floor, with shower and tub, and double sinks;
+ A third bathroom with shower is usable during summer months;
+ Lots of Towels provided.

+ Lake is safe for swimming with children, being shallow for about 30 meters in front of the Cottage (between 0,5-1,5 m).

Chalet is exactly like the pictures and has everything one needs. The lake is amazing to kayak on. The host is friendly and has made sure we have all the information of what’s to do around town. Would definitely rent again.
