About this house rental
Great Vermont country home within a short walk to town. Vergennes has lots of great restaurants, shops and a quaint little park to enjoy the outside in. Vergennes offers live music in some of our local pubs on the weekends. We are just a 15 min ride to Middlebury, 35 minute ride to Burlington, a short hour drive to some of the best ski resorts such as Killington, Mad River Glen, Stowe. We are also 10-12 minutes away form Basin Harbor Golf course.
We are within 15-20 minutes to some great Winery's and Breweries just as Wood Chuck Cider, Lincoln Peak, Otter Creek Brewery and Drop in Brewing.
Also with in 35-45 minutes to Shelburn Vineyard, Switchback Brewing, Magic Hat and many other great places to eat and drink at.
Perfect for leaf peppers, Golfers and skiers !!!
The house includes an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and livingroom all together. It has a propane fire place to enjoy on the cool nights in the livingroom. Upstairs Bedroom 1 has queen bed. Bedroom 2 has queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a full bed. Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds Bed 5 is on first floor has a full bed.
Our Home offers a large back yard with a patio and fire pit along with a grille for cooking dinner on. We also have a large front porch which is great for relaxing on after a long day.
We have board games, movies and books and board games.
No parties Allowed
Only the 8 guests are allowed on the property- no additional people are permitted at anytime
!! note we do have a ring doorbell camera-
we do not allow animals due to allergies please be very
respectful of this

Beautiful home with great location. Accommodating for all ages and for big families. Everything we needed was there. Playroom was a huge hit for kids.

Great area to visit and see a beautiful part of Vermont. We enjoyed our stay and the house had everything we needed and plenty of room. The back deck was particularly nice.

Everything was very good but the kitchen supplies and all the spices really made it a very nice place to cook, etc. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much.
