The house was located in a beautiful area of Bolton landing. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room for all our guest. Few items to consider: - Beautiful decks, a lot of stairs. From and to the boat dock - Single boat slip might be an issue unless you have a 16+ passenger boat.

Amazing house, plenty of room with great location on the lake. Very close to town. Owners were very accommodating. Will definitely go again.

Very friendly and helpful family that rented the house to us. Great stay. The master bedroom doesn’t have shades so in the early morning it is really bright. Other than that..perfect

Nice location on water but house was dated and dirty. Other deficiencies were: Dryer was broke, dirty bathrooms, towels were like rags, holes in some bedding, dirty dishes & pots upon arrival, both coffee pots were broke, clothes left by someone in bathroom & bedroom. It was a little weird that guy in house when we arrived said he would be back to finish his laundry. I am still waiting for our security deposit to be returned 2 weeks after trip.
