Nice place for the price. Close to everything or within walking distance. WiFi was excellent, tv not so much. Shower head low, so if you’re short it’s perfect, not so much for taller folks. Over all we enjoyed staying there.

Absolute gem of a studio condo; clean, comfortable and great for a little family getaway. The little kitchen makes it easy to prepare small meals and enjoyable to stay in. The fact it's just a stones throw away from the SHARC and the Village makes it a fantastic option to the larger condos.

Location was great but unit lacked in some areas. There was no dresser or open shelves to store clothes for 5 days-lived out of suitcases. No cupboard to store our food-moved a few decor plants in kitchen to make room. Clock in living rm should be silent ticking. Since condo was located in a quiet area all you heard at night was the ticking of the large clock. The internet for TV- TV kept pausing because of internet even though we followed directions in the binder numerous times. Lastly the hid-a-bed mattress needs to be replaced. It was VERY uncomfortable & every time one turned you heard creaking sounds all night!!!!! Oh & no shelf in bathroom to store anything.Sunriver is a great place to visit.

I would recommend this VRBO to anyone who's looking to stay at Sunriver. However, given the exorbitant price for essentially a studio apartment I truly expected it to be cleaner and not absolutely frigid temperature upon check in. We found the sleeping arrangement oddly lit and were forced to decide between complete darkness before bed or blinding, harsh light coming from directly above.This is a great place that simply doesn't do the little things right. We'd love to return and see some improvements like a dimmer switch and maybe an activation of heat the morning of an arrival. Again we're very thankful and do hope to come back someday.

Check in process was easy and Julie was always responsive when I messaged her. The condo was clean and well decorated. Perfect for a short weekend getaway for a couple. Only problem was there is no A/C which I was aware of before staying. There was a fan but we had to crack open windows to cool down the place but it still was uncomfortable to sleep at night. It would be useful if there was a portable A/C because the place just gets so hot in the summer months. Overall, I would recommend this place in the winter time but it’s just way too hot to stay in summer.

Adorable place to stay, perfect for our family of 4. Close to everything- we walked and biked everywhere. I was worried about being on the 2nd floor with no AC in mid-July, but it stayed cool with the fan/wall system, the kids even said they were cold! Felt safe with the main door that locks to the building and the condo door. Cute updated decor!

We were in Sun River for a Wedding. My husband is tall so the Double Bed was not big enough for both of us. We pulled out the couch and Cheeze its and other snacks fell out all over. We had traveled a long way and were very tired. He could not sleep all night. The next day as we were getting ready for the wedding there was no iron which I know most people don't go to weddings in Sun River. However when I got in the shower and there was no shampoo realized, it was maybe our fault ,but this was not the right place for us.

The photos are better than the reality, which was that this is a property could benefit from refreshment. The sofa bed was uncomfortable with metal rods jutting into the sleeper's back. On the other hand, you have access to SHARC and the sunriver trail system, and though the kitchenette is small, it is very functional. The walls are not sound proof. We were woken up by the neighbor baby every morning before 6. The fireplace was broken, though we arrived during a cold snap. It is also rather dimly lit.

Found this place as very affordable and the spacing worked well for my family of three. It was great having access to the SHARC pool, as we used the passes daily. Was a little concerned at first when we saw the forecast having weather close to 90 degrees on 1 of the 3 days we stayed at the end of June, as the place didn't have AC, but we ended up not needing one as we felt comfortable throughout out stay. The low humidity which was in the 20% range is drastically different than the 40% humidity that I'm accustomed to. Julie was an easy host to work with, and was prompt in responding to questions. She provided detailed information about the check-in/out process a couple of days prior to our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again whenever we're back visiting Sunriver.

Thank for a great stay. The location is perfect for attending conferences at the Great Hall and Homestead buildings. It was a two minute walk. Check in and check out were easy and the place is quiet. It was nice to cuddle up with a blanket and watch TV or read a book. Can’t wait until next year!
