    Satisfactory stay for a group attending a conference.
    The location was perfect for our conference. We didn’t hear much noise from other apartments
    The listing stated there is a washing machine in the kitchen. This isn’t correct. The washing machine is in a room around the corner and you need to download an app to run it. It would have been nice to have bath mats. The bedding for the sofa bed was rather hidden in one of the bedrooms. We were about to contact the host when we found it.

    Poorly maintained property and dismissive host, disappointing experience.
    I loved the proximity of this location to everything. The area was safe.
    The rugs were filthy. The couch had alarming white stains (we immediately set aside the cushions). Cooking pans were left dirty from previous guests. The shower ran out of hot water in 5 minutes on the morning of my doctoral graduation. The host’s solution? “Wait two hours.” I had to boil water in a tea kettle to finish washing up. The blow-up bed was filthy with no extra bedding. The beds were hard and lumpy. When we asked for cleaning products, no one showed up, so we canceled the request, because no guest should have to clean just to feel comfortable. Despite being respectful guests, the host tried to charge me for my support animals and demanded additional paperwork even after I explained the laws protecting them. When I raised concerns about the property’s condition, they didn’t offer solutions. Instead, they implied we were lying. Noise was unbearable, with shouting in the halls until nearly 4:30 a.m. To make matters worse, they sent extensive house rules after booking and refused to honor their own cancellation policy, ultimately forcing me into keeping the reservation when I would have gladly booked elsewhere. We’re not difficult people, we’ve stayed at many properties and treat them with care. That respect should go both ways. Sadly, this host was unprofessional, dismissive, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. Again we aren’t young kids…I had my sister, mother, adult stepson, and husband with me for my GRADUATION! All respectful working class people. Unfortunately it won’t allow me to upload the rest of the images on this site…Oh and before we left we took out the garbage, washed all the dishes, cleaned the kitchen, etc…but yeah we’ll go with we’re the issue.

    Very large comparing to what we could get at normal hotels in Chicago. Close to everything we went. Reasonable parking fee. Staff was responsive.
    Hot water is limited by the size of the tank in the apartment. It would be nice to be aware of that when checked in.

    The apartment is indeed very big and well-equipped. The location is quite good, in a quiet neighborhood, close to the green and red lines and still walking distance from downtown .
    The only negative comment regards the owner’behaviour. We knew from the beginning that we had to pay a cash deposit. The day before our arrival we got a message asking us to pay the deposit either using one of two apps or in cash. The apps were not possible for us to use because the required a US bank account. Our proposal to use PayPal remained unanswered. Cash was thus the only way. According to their message, someone would be there at 4 pm to pick up the money (earlier check in possible). Our flight was delayed, we arrived at about 7 pm, but there was someone there to pick up the money. We received the code to enter the apartment only after the guy confirmed that he had gotten the money. At check out, we told them we wanted to leave at 10am, but they refused to send anyone before 11 am. . Fortunately, our flight was in the afternoon. The argument was that it was in the instructions that check out was at 11am and not earlier. The fact is that we received the instructions the day before our arrival, when it too late to cancel. So I guess, if our plane had been earlier, we would’ve lost the deposit. The woman, who came to return the deposit told me that they hai had the same complaint from other European tourists in the last. So, I don’t know if this is ignorance, indifference or done on purpose. I don’t want to characterize it, I just mention it. I have never experienced such an inflexible host.

    the unit is as beautiful as it shown. the rooms were well equipped. the kitchen was nice with everything you need to cook for a family . television has all kind of programs for a whole family. The management was very good and promptly responded if needed. I highly recommend this place for family vacation.
    Didn't know there was $350 cash deposit or zelle deposit. But it turned out very well in the end.
