It's a great apartment if you come prepared

The view is really beautiful. The location is perfect. The underground parking is also very handy. Enough space for a family of four. It was also nice that they had toys and books. The kitchen has everything you need.

The appartement is a bit old, could use some renovations. The doors make a lot of noise when you close them. It's not the most clean place (for example hair on the pillows) and many of the kitchen utensils they do provide are not clean or even rusty! (see photo). And if I compare with all the other places we've been, here we lack the basic supplies (soap, to wash the dishes, garbage bags etc.) so you have to bring everything (it might be specific to the Belgian coast, but still it's annoying to not have the basics, which in many other places you do get).

La localisation

Nous n’avons pas pu bénéficier du garage. Le badge d’ouverture n’était pas avec les clés. Le propriétaire ns a dit qu’il ns recontacterait mais plus aucune nouvelles de tout le séjour. Nous avons donc payé le parking extérieur durant tout notre séjour.

Très bel emplacement avec une belle vue mer. Facilité de parking.

Un petit + serait d’avoir un grille-pain dans la cuisine (mais cela n’est pas un frein pour une prochaine réservation). C'est juste une suggestion.

Sehr schlecht und waren froh wieder fahren zu können.

Der Ausblick

Kein Backofen oder Toaster für Brötchen aufzubacken. Wohnung ist sehr klein.Schlafcouch ist defekt und nicht nutzbar. Esszimmer an den Ecken oben Schimmel Ebenso das Badezimmer an jeder Ecke und an der Decke schwarzer Schimmel. Hier müsste stark renoviert werden. Aus diesem Grund verstehen wir die angegebenen Bewertungen nicht. Nach diesen Bewertungen hatten wir gebucht,was allerdings nicht zutrifft. Ebenso wurde das Haus nebenan komplett außen renoviert, was den ganzen Tag laute Maschinengeräusche brachte und stemmen und bohren hinzu 3 Wohnungen unter uns. Leider konnte man nur 4 Fotos hochladen,hätte noch einige mehr. Vileicht meldet sich ja jemand und es kommt eine Entschädigung. Gruß Mike

Die Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade und der freie Meerblick waren wirklich schön.

Das Apartment wich in mehreren Punkten vom Inserat ab. Der „Balkon“ war nur ein Geländer, die Lüfter sehr laut, die Dachfenster nicht zu öffnen. Die Schlafcouch war unbequem, die Ausstattung teils abgenutzt und der Tiefgaragenplatz extrem eng.

Appart idéal si on recherche une magnifique vue !

L'endroit est super sympa et la vue splendide. L'appartement est propre, les indications sont claires.

Le clic clac n'était pas fonctionnel et la chambre avec lits superposés était très étroite. À mon sens plus approprié pour 2 adultes avec des enfants que pour les 4 adultes que nous étions mais étant en famille, ça ne nous a pas posé trop de soucis.

Lage und Aussicht sind einfach nur traumhaft schön. Mobiliar etwas veraltet aber trotzdem gepflegt.

Belüftung der Schlafzimmer nur über öffnen der Türen/ Balkontüren möglich, Parkplatz leider für SUV mit Dachbox zu tief.

helaas was de kamer dubbel geboekt, er waren geen sleutels, telefoon werd niet opgenomen en zelfs achteraf bekennen ze geen schuld! wij als gezin hebben hier al maanden naar uitgekeken en worden nu gewoon afgescheept of het onze fout is!! wij zullen dit appartement dan ook never, nooit aan iemand aanbevelen en raden af om via booking.com ter boeken!!!!!!!!

alles, er was niets voor ons, geen sleutel, geen badge, geen slaapplek, geen parkeergarage, niemand die ons te woord kon staan, kortom niets!!!!!! ALLEEN STRESS, TELEURSTELLING, VERDRIETIGE PUBERS EN EEN LEGE KLUIS!!!!

La vue exceptionnelle. L'emplacement de l'appartement proche des commerces. La place de garage.

L'éclairage de la salle de bain est insuffisant, il est difficile de se maquiller et de se raser.

Petits points qui n'empêchent pas de passer un bon séjour: -Puits de lumière dans les chambres qui laissent passer la lumière du jour (date de notre séjour : mai). -L'aspirateur ne fonctionne plus (mais il y a un balai) -Pas de fenêtres dans les chambres, du coup aérations bruyantes dès que grand vent et vite chaud -Vaisselle ébréchée (attention aux verres ) -Faible lumière dans la salle de bain
