Very poor contact before arrival, owner didn't responded to my phones. I've received instructions just 15 minutes before arrival. Instructions in french, very poorly written, inaccurate. Gates to the area were supposed to be open 24/7, which was completly wrong. Gates were closed all the time and we didn't receive any device to open it. We couldn't enter or leave, we had to wait for someone else entering or leaving possesion. Apartment was extremly cold, 14 degrees when we have arrived. Heaters were to weak, it took over 24 hours to achieve normal temperature. We had to clean the apartment at the departure. That includes washing the sheets early in the morning at the day of departure. Worst booking experience ever.

Nice place to stay
Very good location almost at the beach. All needed properties nearby (shops, restaurants, train, bus, ..).
A bit loud due to nearby school and schoolyard. The owners communicated only in French with me so I had to use translator all the time. Small renovation would help the place

The location was lovely, sausettt le pins is a beautiful area and train to Marseille is easy. Very clean and tidy!
On one of the days we were unable to use all facilities ( toilet, shower, electricity )
