Tiszta, nagyon hangulatos, régi, szép bútorokkal berendezve, csodálatos panorámával, gyönyörű környezetben. Minden van, kávégép, könyvek a polcokon, mintha otthon lennénk. A teraszon élvezet üldögélni, jó időben-rossz időben is. A házigazda nagyon kedves, segítőkész, rugalmas.
A létra, ami a hálószobához vezet, kihívás lehet néhány embernek. (Bár ha az ember már feljut, nem is akar nagyon lemenni, olyan szép a tér fent : ) Más negatívum nincs, tényleg.
