Pensiunea Casa Runcu Buzau

We really appreciated the warm hospitality and kindness of our hosts, Laurentiu and his wife, Sofia. They gave us many helpful recommendations for places to visit and even explained how to get there. They were always very attentive, responsive, and quick to help us with anything we needed. The breakfast was very good, with everything fresh and well prepared. We also chose to have dinner at the guesthouse, and they were incredibly kind in adapting the menu to accommodate our vegetarian dietary requirements, which we really appreciated. The guesthouse itself is located in a very peaceful area, and everything is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Our room was comfortable, and the whole atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and getting a good rest.

There is nothing that we didn't like. The only small thing worth mentioning is that the final stretch of the road leading to the guesthouse is unpaved. However, it is a very short distance, so we wouldn’t really consider it a negative point.

The hosts are amazing, the food - which they cook - is putting to shame established restaurants. The views are stunning, the room is well appointed with an ice-cold air con machine, super clean, great atmosphere. The hosts are only too happy to share their knowledge regarding local places to visit, even making an itinerary for us for the day! Breakfast is plentiful and, after the first evening when we had dinner there after the long journey, we chose to have dinner every evening, including our 30 years anniversary. As it is a small establishment, only two other couples while we were there, it feels more like a summer break with friends. This is primarily because of the hosts involving everyone in conversation and making you feel welcome from minute one. Anything else?... - did I mention the hosts?...

Mosquitos!!! They are mean and 'invisible' until too late! Also, on approach, as it is an unpaved road, it feels a bit 'oh dear, what did I book?'. But when you get there, it is all good. Did I mention the hosts?....

Locația este de vis, multă liniște, gazdele primitoare, gata să te ajute. Parca ne-am fi cunoscut de când lumea. Ne vom reîntoarce cu drag. Camera este foarte curata, mâncarea foarte buna, totul a fost la superlativ. Mulțumim Sofia și Laur pentru găzduire.

Totul la superlativ ,incepind de la gazde, mancare, atmosfera si o priveliste paradis.
