Had absolutely everything you would need. Fantastic location for Split, Zadar attractions and only 5 mins walk to beach. Sukosan was an easy walk for shops, bars and restaurant (Photo shows waterfront in main area). Stumbled across Piazetta restaurant in the square at sukosan - gorgeous food and service and worth queueing for a seat - get there early as it is popular.
Only suggestion I would make is to install a fan on the veranda. The stairs take some getting used to and a few bumped heads occured. Not suitable for people with mobilility issues.

The villa itself is fabulous, fully equipped - just as at home.
The beaches are not in walking distance from the house - car needed.
Consider that the living area of the villa is on the 1st floor, stairs are really steep. Might be a problem for elder people to climb.
