Muy buena ubicación y muy cómodo el departamento. la heladera esta buenísima y super nueva, el wifi anda perfecto. El lavarropas es una salvación y es fácil de usar. Muy luminoso y el balcón es enorme, con una muy linda vista. Todo anduvo bien sin inconvenientes. Tiene un montón de utensilios y electrodomésticos.
Lo único malo que tengo para decir es que deberían actualizar los cubiertos, sobre todo los cuchillos y chuchillas que no cortaban bien, es necesario una buena tabla para cortar de madera o plástico, porque la de vidrio que tenían me daba miedo de romperla. La TV del comedor no andaba bien, el anfitrión se ofreció a cambiarla pero por una cuestión de que no la usábamos mucho preferimos que no se tomara la molestia, espero lo resuelva para los próximos inquilinos. A la salida del edificio y en el palier había mucho olor a cloaca, pero desde el departamento no se percibía.
