Voll ausgestattetes Apartment mit allen Möglichkeiten der Selbstversorgung, inklusive Kapseln für die Nespresso-Maschine. Schöne Terrasse mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Alles tipptopp! Parken auf reserviertem Parkplatz oder direkt vor dem Grundstück. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Supermarkt. Restaurants und Bars alle in unmittelbarer Nähe, in der Vorsaison viele noch geschlossen. Sehr netter Verwalter.
Das Apartment befindet sich inmitten von einem Wohnhauskomplex, man ist von hohen Häusern umgeben, meistens wohl auch Apartments, die zur Hauptsaison alle belegt sind. Man fühlt sich auf dem Grundstück dennoch wohl, trotz des Betons um einen herum. Die Geräuschkulisse in der Hauptsaison ist sicher auch sehr interessant.😎

Il giardino è a 150 metri dal mare, per l'esattezza, si affaccia su un grande cortile con parcheggi e garage e condomini alti tutti intorno

Posizione strategica, a 20 MT a piedi dal mare e pineta. Buoni spazi, molto pulita, attenzione ai dettagli da parte del gestore, che è stato molto cordiale. Barbecue e giardinetto punti di forza.

With a nice equipped garden, close to the beach and the shops, renovated. Lovely private host. Beautiful place plenty of pine trees. Highly recommended!
