I liked that it was quite and doors locked. A lot of space and nice balcony. Host was very accommodating

Water could be hotter

The room was spacious and renovated.It was well insulated. I couldn't hear any noise during the night despite being close to a busy road

The small window above the door was too bright in the morning .

The location was amazing, a short walking distance to Laganas Street (bars, clubs, restaurants). Very friendly staff they let us to storage our bags after check out and brought us a hair dryer wine opener etc when requested. The room was clean and the location great for people who likes to go out party in laganas.

Room was a bit small and not as modern as in the pictures but maybe they have different types of rooms there. Still a very good choice and clean room.

- The rooms were clean. They change sheets approximately once per two days. - Wonderful garden. - A very good family restaurant with not very well managed family hotel in the back yard. - Very friendly hosts and staff.

I will try to summarize: 1.) You have to pay 5 EUR/day additionally for using Air Condition. - Comment: The disappointment is really not about the money. It comes from the policy they have chosen and the unpleasant surprise that you have to pay an additional fee, when you have calculated a budget. To be honest, if the AC fee was included within the initial price, we would have been happy to pay for it. Maybe I haven't noticed something when I booked, but this was not a good experience after all. 2.) Lack of water sometimes - I had to go 2 times (on 2 different days) to tell the hosts that we have no hot water (one of the days we had none - no hot water, no cold water...). Even though that problem was solved within minutes after we reported it, I have to admit that this wasn't expected to happen. 3.) No insect nets - I have been to so many places in Greece and I really don't understand why not having an insect net in a family hotel is such a great deal? This shouldn't be a very expensive "upgrade" after all. You may have shader doors with little holes, but the mosquitos are even smaller and they are going inside with no problems. When you have to pay for an additional fee for AC and there is no insect net at your room and the heat outside is around 40 degrees celsius, just imagine how you have to sleep... So after all we slept on closed doors and with blankets! 4.) Common laundry rope with the neighbour rooms - Our towels, shorts, swimsuits ..etc were threw off the rope several times a day because the "neighbours" were trying to hang their stuff too. 5.) The water is not good for white or light colored clothings - We have damaged a few shirts and towels with yellow stains that cannot be removed and now we have to throw them at the garbage. PS> I know that the price you offer is fair for a very basic hotel room.
